DPL is a corporate that has always strived to give back to its community. Since 2015 we have had an annual practice where we donated books, bags and other schooling items to children that are a part of our Sathdiyawara program. Under this initiative, we had also provided an RO plant which has benefited the villagers by substantially decreasing the number of patients with Chronic Kidney Disease in the area. Recently we did this again where over 340 packs were donated at Parangiyawadiya Maha Vidyalaya located in Horowpothana Divisional Secretariat, Anuradhapura District. In addition to this, we donated a Public Library and computer center for students and villagers along with a DP Education Digital Classroom with all the necessary equipment to the Parangiya Wadiya School. We hope to see these children grow and use the provided education to improve their lives and awaken a brighter future.
